The AMFA – ASA Negotiating Committee has requested a system-wide referendum regarding the following Letters of Agreement (LOAs): To view the full text of the LOAs, click the title of the LOA above. The password to view the LOAs is included in your ballot package. Votes for this referendum will be cast using the TrueBallot Inc., WebVote® and TeleVote® systems. All active AMFA members in good standing employed by Alaska Airlines under the Mechanics and Related Collective Bargaining Agreement are eligible to vote in this referendum. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been paid in full is a member in bad standing and, therefore, their vote will be cancelled in this referendum. Members are strongly urged to resolve any arrearage prior to this referendum being conducted. The referendum notice and instructions will be mailed to eligible voters at the address on file with AMFA National as of July 14, 2009. Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions in the mail by July 27, 2009, or anyone having questions about the voting process, should complete the Duplicate Ballot Request Form by clicking here, or contact the Elections Administrator at 720-744-6629. The voting period for this referendum will commence at 3:00 pm et on July 14, 2009, and will end at 10:00 am et on August 6, 2009, the day of the tally. |
